The layout for my preliminary product is not over powering
with text, yet is not sparse or blank. I decided to have the actor centre of
the page and have my text surrounding him. This was effective to use for my
target audience as they felt that the student was the most dominant, therefore showing
that the school focuses on the student which is reassuring for parents as well
as their children as it shows that the students are at the schools best
interest. The masthead is at the top fifth of the page which is effective as it
is the first thing that the target audience will read, additionally this is
effective as if it was to be on shop shelves it would be seen by everyone
wherever it was placed.
